By accessing or using AudioKit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AudioKit provides free, browser-based audio processing tools. All processing occurs client-side using the Web Audio API — your audio files never leave your device. No account or registration is required.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Upload audio that infringes on third-party copyrights
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service

Intellectual Property

The AudioKit codebase is open source under the MIT License. The Service name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. Audio files processed through the Service remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

AudioKit and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
